On May 24, 2024, the White Coat Ceremony for Foundation Year students of the School of Medical Sciences at Kachin State Comprehensive University was held in the M-1 Lecture Room of the School of Medical Sciences. During the ceremony, Dr. Khin Maung Lin, the Dean of the School of Medical Sciences, explained the significance of wearing the White Coat and addressed what the students should know and understand.

Each Foundation Year student also gave a brief explanation of the meaning behind wearing the White Coat, followed by the recitation of the Hippocratic Oath as a pledge to their future as medical professionals.
